Salinas Police were able to recover a stolen vehicle almost immediately after the car was reported stolen last night.    Officers heard the broadcast of the stolen vehicle while on the 500 block of Roosevelt Avenue at 1:50am.  They spotted the swiped Nissan driving down Kern Street.   The driver entered Highway 101 northbound, and got off the North Main Street exit where officers pulled him over.   The car was being driven by 28-year-old Jacob Pulido, with an 18-year-old female passenger.  Both were taken into custody without incident.    A search of the car uncovered stolen property and a burglary tools, including a shaved key.    The woman was released after it was determined that she was not involved with the robbery.    Pulido, who was on probation for similar charges, was arrested for possession of stolen property, a stolen car, and burglary tools.
