A JUDGE YESTERDAY (TUESDAY) SENT A MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY KILLED HIS ROOMMATE AT A HALFWAY HOUSE IN 2006, BACK TO ATASCADERO STATE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.  37-YEAR-OLD CESAR OJEDA HERNANDEZ WAS DECLARED INCOMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL IN 2007 AND 2009, AND HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO ATASCADERO AGAIN UNTIL HE IS ABLE TO STAND TRIAL FOR THE MURDER OF HIS ROOMMATE, 51-YEAR-OLD STEPHEN CLINE. THIS LAST MAY, HE WAS FOUND TO BE INCOMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL, LEADING TO THE JUDGE’S ORDER TO BRING HERNANDEZ BACK TO ATASCADERO.   THE JUDGE HAS ORDERED A MENTAL RE-EVALUATION OF HERNANDEZ WITHIN 60 DAYS.  HERNANDEZ SUFFERS FROM SCHIZOPHRENIA, AND HAS PREVIOUSLY PLEAD NOT GUILTY ON THE GROUNDS OF INSANITY FOR THE CASE.
