Carmel plaza sold 07/10/12 7p.m. TDH

Carmel plaza has been sold to a private real estate company.   The new york-based firm paid an undisclosed sum for the mall at ocean avenue and mission street.  however, based on the transfer tax that was assessed, the property was valued at 52-million dollars.   the sale was finalized last month.
