Citizens traveling through parts of downtown Watsonville will be able to see the results of an international art project known as “Inside Out.”     The Watsonville display is comprised of about 60 large black and white images of students from E.A. Hall Middle School and Renaissance High School posted on walls in the city.   Nearly 50 volunteers helps to put up the posters on Sunday, in the project named “Peace in our streets, you only live once.”    So far, Inside Out has undertaken and installed more than 4,000 projects in more than 9,000 locations.
