A sacramento judge has intervened in a dispute among officials in santa clara county about funding for the new 49ers stadium.   Officials that control Santa clara county’s remaining redevelopment funds want to re-allocate 30-million dollars to schools and other budget items.  santa clara city leaders and 49ers representatives maintain that the money was already earmarked for the stadium, and that the move cannot be undone.    tuesday,   a judge issued a temporary restraining order, which prevents the money from being spent while the legal process moves forward.
