TWO SUSPECTS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BY MONTEREY COUNTY SHERRIFS IN A RASH OF VEHICLE BURGLARIES IN THE PRUNEDALE AREA.  THE SUSPECTS, 26-YEAR-OLD MATTHEW CLARK AND 26-YEAR-OLD HEATHER EHRMAN WERE DRIVING A RED TOYOTA 4RUNNER THAT WAS PULLED OVER BY SHERRIFS BECAUSE REPORTS PLACED A SIMILAR VEHICLE AT THE SCENE OF THE BURGLARIES.  INSIDE THE VEHICLE OFFICERS FOUND SEVERAL OF THE STOLEN ITEMS, MOST OF WHICH WERE TAKEN IN THE VEHICLE BURGLARIESCLARK AND EHRMAN WERE BOTH ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO MONTEREY COUNTY JAIL, AND SIX OF THE STOLEN ITEMS WERE RETURNED TO THEIR OWNERS.
