3  TEENAGERS  HAVE  BEEN  ARRESTED  IN  CONNECTION  WITH  THE  FRIDAY  NIGHT  ARMED  ROBBERY  OF  A  PIZZA  DELIVERY  PERSON   IN  SALINAS.   THE  9  P.M.  ROBBERY  TOOK  PLACE  ON  THE  400  BLOCK  OF  MONTEREY  STREET.    18  YEAR-OLD  ANGEL  PEREZ  WAS  BOOKED  INTO  MONTEREY  COUNTY  JAIL,  WHILE  THE  16  AND  17  YEAR-OLDS  ARRESTED  WERE  BOOKED  INTO  MONTEREY  COUNTY  JUVENILE  HALL.
