A 1-and-a-half year old dog was rescued from a Cliffside in big sur wednesday. The male shepherd mix was stuck on a ledge about 12-feet down a cliff near lucia. A specialist with the s-p-c-a for monterey county rappelled down to the dog and brought up to safety. The dog was reportedly emaciated and covered in ticks, but is expected to fully recover.
