The state trustee that was appointed to help administer the south monterey county joint union high school district is set to leave the post at the end of the month.  John Bernard has been heading the district ever since it was taken over by the state in 2009.    (The district was previously named the king city union high school district).   Daniel Moirao was appointed to take on the role.    The district is expected to remain under state control until a 13-million dollar loan is repaid.
