A man facing potential murder charges did not enter a plea during his initial court appearance monday.  Prunedale resident alfredo alanis Garcia is 1 of 3 people accused of taking part in the shooting of 21-year-old Fernando martin Mendoza-avila.   Mendoza avila was gunned down at random from a moving vehicle on freedom boulevard in aptos.  Garcia is set to return to court tomorrow, along with the other 2 suspects, Christopher Herrera and rafeal barron
