Why does KSCO apparently condone gross English errors in news accounts both in writing and on-air? The generally poor quality, poorly worded, often ambiguous, misleading and error filled locale stories are a disgrace. Is this an example dysfunctional public schooling? Is this KSCO expected quality of public discourse? Does this explain why the health care bill wasn't read and misunderstood? Can't KSCO at least step-up and report stories, accurately, factually using proper English? Isn't fair to assume that Kay's book is all but unreadable, error filled tome?

Just don't understand why KSCO feels the quality is good enough? To me it shows a simple lack of due diligence, serious lack of journalistic professionalism and insults your readers and listeners. At least run stuff through a spell/grammar checker. Copy if possible from a better source. Its all very sad with your credibility tanking a bit more every time one sees such a mess.
