Drivers in scotts valley can expect to see more police officers and other authorities on the road this month.  The scotts valley police department is hosting the rotating “badges” program for the month of june, which targets aggressive drivers in different parts of santa cruz county.    multiple departments are set to participate in the increased enforcement, starting tuesday.   “b.a.d.g.e.s.” stands for “before aggressive drivers get everyone stopped”.  The program is funded by a state grant.
