Thrilling! I live a block and a half away, my West Cliff Drive condo is being rebuilt and with 2 years of an improving downtown; I may sell the condo. That seedy Avenue bar was shut down a while back, Wallgreens is moving in the old Kinkos, Pacific Blue Motel opened 2 years ago, Surf Dog opened early this year, sports bar going in the empty Avenue, - has become a very positive area down here!
