Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

3  TEENAGERS  WERE  ARRESTED    IN  WATSONVILLE  EARLY  THIS MORNING.   THAT  AFTER  18  YEAR-OLD  JAIME  SALAS,  ALONG WITH  A  16  YEAR-OLD  BOY  (AND  A  16  YEAR-OLD  GIRL)  ALLEGEDLY  ATTACKED  A  40  YEAR-OLD  MAN.   THE  ATTEMPTED  CAR-JACKING,  IN  WHICH  THE  TEENS  REPORTEDLY  BEAT  THEIR  VICTIM  WITH  A  STICK,  TOOK  PLACE  SHORTLY AFTER  1  A.M.,  ON THE  FIRST  BLOCK  OF  UNION  STREET.     THE  VICTIM  WAS  TREATED  AT  THE  SCENE  AND  RELEASED.    THE  3  TEENAGERS  FACE  CHARGES  OF  ASSAULT  WITH  A  DEADLY  WEAPONCONSPIRACY  TO  COMMIT  A  FELONYATTEMPTED  CAR-JACKING,   AND  ACTIVE  PARTICIPATION  IN  A  CRIMINAL  STREET  GANG.
