a trial date has been tentatively set for a man accused of shooting a man and leaving his body in a car. federico castillo lozoya faces murder charges in connection with the july 2010 shooting death of juan carlos garcia. lozoya is accused of shooting garcia at a clares street home, and then leaving the body in the back seat of a car parked at soquel high. lozoya is due back in court on august 23rd to confirm an august 27th trial date.
