east cliff improvement 05/09/12 0600 e.a.

construction on one of the final phases of the east cliff drive improvement project is set to begin tomorrow.  the dirt road that winds along the cliffs will be paved, and then landscaping is set to be installed.  the 3-point-1 million dollar project involves resurfacing the road, installing walkways, railing and a permanent bathroom.  work is expected to be completed during the summer.
