THE  NAME  OF  THE  38  YEAR-OLD  WOMAN,   WHO  WAS  FATALLY  STABBED  MONDAY  IN  SANTA  CRUZ,   HAS  BEEN  RELEASED.  DOWNTOWN  BUSINESS  OWNER  SHANNON  KATHLEEN  COLLINS WAS  STABBED  WHILE  WALKING ON  THE  300  BLOCK  OF  OCEAN  STREET.        43  YEAR-OLD  CHARLES  ANTHONY  EDWARDS  lll HAS  BEEN  ARRESTED  IN  CONNECTION  WITH THAT  STABBING AND  HE  IS  SCHEDULED  TO  BE  ARRAIGNED  IN  A  SANTA  CRUZ  COUNTY  COURT  ROOM TOMORROW.      HE  FACES  1  CHARGE  OF  MURDER  AND  7 SPECIAL  ALLEGATIONS.     THE  2  REPORTEDLY  DID  NOT  KNOW  EACH  OTHER,  AND  THE  FATAL  STABBING  WAS  RANDOM.
