A  MAN,   WHO  HAS  REPORTEDLY  ADMITTED  TO  SETTING  3  TRASH  CAN  FIRES,    WAS  ARRESTED  TODAY.        54  YEAR-OLD LEE  WILSON WAS  RECOGNIZED  FROM  SURVEILLANCE  FOOTAGE,    AS  THE  PERSON  WHO  SET THE  FIRES  NEAR  THE  SANTA  CRUZ  COUNTY  GOVERNMENT  CENTER.          THE  DAMAGE  CAUSED  BY  THOSE  FIRES  IS  CONSIDERED   TO  BE   MINIMAL.
