ARSON FIRES NEAR S C COUNTY GOVT CTR - 05/08/12 18:15 S.S.

A  MAN,   WHO  HAS  REPORTEDLY  ADMITTED  TO  SETTING  3  TRASH  CAN  FIRES,    WAS  ARRESTED  TODAY.        54  YEAR-OLD LEE  WILSON WAS  RECOGNIZED  FROM  SURVEILLANCE  FOOTAGE,    AS  THE  PERSON  WHO  SET THE  FIRES  NEAR  THE  SANTA  CRUZ  COUNTY  GOVERNMENT  CENTER.          THE  DAMAGE  CAUSED  BY  THOSE  FIRES  IS  CONSIDERED   TO  BE   MINIMAL.

Lee Wilson is not a transient, altho he has plenty of friends in the biz. He is a schizophrenic who means well and who needs help, and should not be mixed up in the criminal system. He is a dedicated musical minister who plays worship songs daily on Pacific Avenue, and is appreciated and respected by many.

Also, those of us who know Lee could see yet another episode taking shape. When will the system start to act proactively, and/or pay attention to those of us who can see what's coming down the pike?
