Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A salinas police officer is being credited with preventing a suicide attempt friday morning.  the officer responded to a domestic disturbance call on the 19-hundred block of Princeton court at 9 a.m.   after the fight between a husband and wife appeared to have been resolved, the husband attempted to jump off of a 2nd-story balcony with a cord around his neck.  The officer was able to hold the man up, and safely cut him down.  The man was not reportedly injured, however he was taken to a local hospital to be examined, and for a psychiatric evaluation.
