Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A  14  YEAR-OLD  BOY  WAS  DELIVERED  TO  HIS  PARENTS,   AFTER  HE  WAS  FOUND  PLAYING  WITH  AN  EXPLOSIVE  LATE  LAST  WEEK.       THE  TEEN,   WHO  WAS  INITIALLY  SEEN  “PLAYING”  NEAR  MERRILL  STREET,   SAID  HE  FOUND  THE  RECIPE  ON-LINE.         BY  THE  TIME   SANTA  CRUZ  COUNTY  SHERIFF’S  DEPUTIES CAUGHT  UP  WITH  THE  BOY  (WHO  SAID  HE  DIDN’T  HAVE  ANY  PLAN  TO  DESTROY  ANYTHING),   THE  MIDDLE-SCHOOLER   WAS  NEAR  THE  INTERSECTION  OF  17TH AVENUE  AND  BROMMER  STREET.
