sc child molestation arrest 03/23/12 0930 e.a.

a scotts valley man was arrested wednesday on suspicion of having sex with a 14 year old girl.  santa cruz police say that 42 year old david escobar allegedly drove to the girl’s school to meet her during lunch breaks.  he was arrested on charges of child molestation and committing lewd acts with a minor.  escobar was released from santa cruz county jail wednesday night, on 50-thousand dollars bail.
