The state has not been able to reach 2 of last week’s winners of the state’s Vax To Win Program, and so alternate’s have been chosen and one of those was in Monterey county. All vaccinated Californians are automatically entered into the drawing, although employees of certain n government agencies, those who got their vaccine outside of California, and incarcerated residents are not eligible.
