A 38-year old Live Oak man was arrested after running over a 3-year old child with his bike yesterday morning. The man, who has been identified as Eric Lamb, was taken into custody on Pacific Avenue after the 11 a.m. incident. Lamb was seen yelling profanities at children to move out of the way when he rode his bike through the San Lorenzo Park from the Dakota Street side. Lamb was then seen riding towards the children then swerved and struck the 3-year old, who was knocked overt. Lamb was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon and willful cruelty to a child.
