THE MEETING IS PART OF A 3-YEAR PLANNING PROCESS TO DEVELOP A SUSTAINABLE PLAN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, AREA RESIDENTS, TRANSPORTATION, AND THE ECONOMY.
