A 20-year-old live oak resident who was arrested on wednesday for a parole violation, was charged today with robbing a woman at gunpoint earlier this month. Franky don vultaggio was arrested after santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies found drug paraphernalia at his residence, as well as items that matched those stolen in the armed-hold up. Today, authorities confirmed that they were the stolen items, which were taken as the victim returned home, and vultaggio was again booked into santa cruz county jail, this time, on robbery charges.
