A 57 unit mixed-use building is another step closer to being constructed in the Live Oak area of Santa Cruz. That after the Santa Cruz County Board Of Supervisors unanimously approved a plan for Mid-Pen Housing to purchase and develop the 3-acre site at 1500 Capitola Road. The development would include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, along with a dental and a medical clinic, a community room, an after-school program…..along with almost 200 parking spaces.
