50 YEAR-OLD CRISTINA FERNANDEZ PADILLA OF WATSONVILLE IS BELIEVED TO BE THE “CENTRAL COAST BANDIT” BANK ROBBER.     PADILLA WAS ARRESTED AFTER ALLEGEDLY ATTEMPTING TO ROB A BANK IN SAN LUIS OBISPO OVER THE WEEKEND.      THE SAN LUIS OBISPO POLICE WERE ALERTED BY A BANK TELLER ALARM AND A 9-1-1 CALL WHICH INCLUDED A VEHICLE DESCRIPTION AND LICENSE PLATE NUMBER.      THE “CENTRAL COAST BANDIT” IS WANTED FOR AT LEAST 7 BANK ROBBERIES IN CENTRAL AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.     PADILLA WAS BOOKED INTO THE SAN LUIS OBISPO JAIL AND HER BAIL WAS SET AT 2 HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS.
