Cal Fire and Monterey County Regional Fire responded to a car fire in Carmel Valley on Friday. Shortly after 3 p.m. a vehicle caught fire near A car erupted in flames and ignited the brush on the side of the road in Carmel Valley near Los Laureles Grade Road and Hidden Hills Road. The blaze was extinguished shortly after 3:30 p.m. No injuries have been reported
