The Las Lomas man, who suffered fatal injuries Monday morning, when he was hit by a car, has been identified. 68 year-old Donald Hopper was reportedly walking on the south shoulder of hall road, and trying to cross to the north shoulder when he was hit by truck that reportedly was in a locked-wheel skid. Although the 23 year-old Royal Oaks driver of the truck was not arrested at the time, he could face Vehicular M anslaughter charges if he is found to have been “at fault”.
