On Monday, Caltrans District 5 kicked off a project that is causing delays for Highway 156 travelers near Prunedale.
Delays as a result of this project are typically between 10 to 15 minutes due to one-way traffic control in both directions between Cathedral Oaks and Prunedale North Road.
The delays on Highway 156 can be expected from 9 AM to 2 PM now until Friday.
Meanwhile, the “Fire Safe 17” brush removal project continues to close a single lane in the Southbound direction of Highway 17 until Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM near the Redwood Estates area.
