A worker at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca was hit and killed while he was working as a corner flag man. The 68 year old victim was attempting to wave the warning flag to alert drivers of a hazardous condition on the race track. The accident took place on Sunday at about 12:30 p-m. The incident is under investigation.
