The former college student charged with the murder of classmate Kristin Smart entered a plea on Monday. 44 year old Paul Flores pleaded not guilty to attempted rape and murder charges. His father , 80 year old Ruben Flores pleaded not guilty to a charge that he was an accessory after murder. Smart was last seen with Paul Flores after he offered to walk the intoxicated woman after a party.
