Former Neuro Surgeon, and accused child rapist, 58 year old James Kohut will be in court today (Tues) for a bail reduction hearing. Kohut’s defense is asking the bail be dropped from 7.5 to 1.5 million dollars. The DA’s office is planning on introducing evidence for the first time during the hearing to alert the court to the gravity of the charges. The hearing is scheduled for 9 a-m.
