A judge has ordered a 24 year-old woman to undergo a Mental Competency evaluation. 24 year-old Kelsey Knoll, who is accused of running down a woman walking in a Santa Cruz neighborhood, was scheduled to have her trial date set today. Instead, the judge ordered the evaluation and suspended all future court dates, other than a December one in which the judge expects to receive the evaluation report.
