A Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputy arrested a man who brandished a knife at cab driver on Thursday. Authorities say that a patrol unit responded to reports of a man threatening a cab driver with a knife on Park Avenue in Aptos. A deputy located the suspect and Ryan Hatton was apprehended and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
