A Santa Cruz man is behind bars this morning after brandishing a large knife in downtown Santa Cruz last week. Police had to taser 27-year-old Milton Miller after he was asked to put away the knife and did not comply. He reportedly resisted arrest and is charged with assaulting a peace officer with a knife and carrying and concealing a deadly weapon.
