A Santa Cruz County judge has raised the bail amount for an accused child molester. 39 year old Lucas Klatt is accused of molesting minors while acting as a surfing instructor. On Thursday during his arraignment, a judge raised the bail amount from 100 to 250 thousand dollars. Klatt is due back in court on July 15th.
