A man, who ran for a State Assembly seat last year, has pleaded not guilty to a number of election-related charges. Neil Kitchens faces 2 counts of Voter Registration Fraud, and 3 counts of Procuring And Offering A False (Or Forged) Document. Kitchens is scheduled to return to a Monterey county court room July 16th.
