A two story home burned to the ground early this morning in Monterey County. About twenty firefighters from multiple agencies responded to a report of a structure fire Southwest of King City on Vista Place in Pine Canyon around 1 a.m., to find the home fully engulfed in flames. The blaze was contained around 4 a.m. The home’s residents were safely evacuated prior to fire crews arriving on scene. No injuries were reported and the cause is still under investigation.
