(17:43) KING CITY- A 1.2 Million dollar settlement has been approved against King City. A judge approved the class action law suit on behalf of 229 victims of an illegal towing scheme. The lawsuit stemmed from criminal action against several former King City Police officers and chiefs convicted of target illegal immigrants in a towing scam. The victims will receive 3,902 dollars each.
