The King City Police Department has hired a new homicide investigator. Allen Rowe has 38 years of experience in law enforcement. He previously worked as a Senior Investigator for the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office and as a patrol and investigations supervisor at the Paso Robles Police Department. Rowe has investigated over 100 homicides in his career. As an investigator in King City, Rowe’s main priority will be looking into the department’s backlog of unsolved homicides.
