a salinas man was arrested for kidnapping on christmas eve. santa maria police received a report of a woman kidnapped from her home on the 2-hundred block of west newlove street just after 5:30 p-m. after a preliminary investigation, a bolo or be on the look out was issued for 41 year old daniel espinoza. a few hours later the suspect was APPREHENDED, with the victim in the arroyo grande area. the victim was uninjured and espinoza was taken into custody.
