Twenty-four year-old Kelsey Ann Knoll pleaded not guilty today, to the first degree murder of 23 year-old Mckenzie Gilbert. That after Knoll swerved the s-u-v she was driving, and hit Gilbert from behind (as she walked toward her father’s home in the Natural Bridges neighborhood last Friday). Knoll is scheduled to return to a Santa Cruz County Court room August 16th. If convicted of First Degree Murder in this case, Knoll could face 26 years to life in prison.
