A king city resident has announced that he is running for congress. 46-year-old republican mike lebarre is seeking the seat held by Sam Farr, (who is a Democrat). Lebarre ran for the seat as a write-in candidate in 2010. the lab- technician will appear this time on the open-primary ballot.
