MILLER AND CARILLO FACE A NUMBER OF CHARGES, INCLUDING CONSPIRACY, BRIBING AND OFFICER, AND ACCEPTING A BRIBE. A PRELIMINARY HEARING IS SET FOR APRIL 2ND.
