A King City mobile home park owner has 30 days to improve the living conditions in the park, or the permit to operate the park could be suspended. If the trailer park does not pass the state inspection next month, the residents will stop paying rent….and eventually that could lead to them being forced to move. The mobile home park involved is the same one where 5 mobile homes were destroyed by fire in October. That blaze also destroyed a car dealership next door.
