9 juveniles have been brought back to Santa Cruz county juvenile court. That’s because of the November approval of the Public Safety Act Of 2016….which no longer allows juveniles to be charged in adult court. Court records in juvenile cases are not available to the public, but the hearings will continue to be open to the public.
