The California Highway Patrol says three juveniles were detained after cars in the Prunedale area were struck by projectiles Monday evening.
The incident occurred about 7 PM Monday when several vehicles were hit in the area of Castroville Blvd. and Archer Road. Responding officers found and detained the three juveniles.
CHP officials said they don’t believe Monday’s incident is related to dozens of similar incidents in the Prunedale area since February.
