A former Santa Clara County probation officer was arrested in Santa Cruz yesterday. 36 year old Tricia Caparra has been charged with 14 felonies for allegedly sexually assaulting two teenagers while they were incarcerated in a juvenile boys ranch in Santa Clara County. The allegations first came to light in September of 2016.
