(08:00) Santa Cruz – A juvenile was arrested over the weekend after he was caught with a gun. The Santa Cruz County Anti Crime team came across the 15 year-old as he abruptly ran in front of their vehicle on the 100 block of Park Place, in the Beach Flats area. Officers attempted to contact the juvenile, but he fled when ordered to stop. After a short foot chase the juvenile was caught, and he was found to be in possession of a firearm, marijuana and evidence of gang participation.
